How we distribute packages

First Class shipments are dispatched immediately after guild pickup.
Standard and Express shipments are compiled and sent together on scheduled runs — your package joins the next batch for that service tier.
When possible we deliver directly to you in the destination city if you are available to receive it.
If you are not available, we hold the package at our city hold point until you collect it.
Unclaimed holds are kept for 7 days. After that, the package becomes guild property.
If any transaction falls through, items are returned to their original owners.
